Gary Rothbart, a multi-certified personal trainer, provides in-home and virtual personal fitness training to individuals who are trying to get fit and stay healthy. Gary also specializes in helping people of all ages that have a variety of health problems, seniors, and with individuals that are trying to lose weight.
Gary’s overall health and training programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of his clients. This is a crucial part of the plan because if the wrong exercises are included in their program, they will not receive maximum benefit and could potentially negatively impact their health. His strength is understanding the way that the body works, how it responds to certain types of exercises and helping people overcome serious health problems.
Gary believes that exercise and healthy living can reverse many health issues. During his more than 29 year career, he has been witness to the positive impact that exercise and proper nutrition have in helping people regain their health or minimize the impact of different diseases. The majority of Gary’s clients are physician referrals.
Gary has presented at a variety of meetings, lectures and conferences. He most recently lectured at the Toronto Men’s Health Summit where he provided key information to physicians about his research and findings about the importance of exercise for a variety of patients. Key lecture topics included, the importance of exercise and lifestyle in managing low testosterone levels in men as well as the importance of exercise and the relevance of using proper exercise techniques in managing the best outcomes for osteoporosis and diabetic patients.
Gary provides in-home personal training and virtual training to clients living in other areas.
